1. Chi gestisce il sito

2. Cosa sono i cookie
I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che un sito salva nel tuo browser per ricordare qualcosa da una pagina all’altra o da una visita all’altra. Una cosa simile è la memoria del browser (localStorage e sessionStorage): i dati restano sul tuo dispositivo.
3. I cookie che usiamo: solo tecnici
Il Sito usa solo cookie tecnici, e solo quando fai tu una scelta: servono a ricordarla. Non usiamo cookie di profilazione, di statistica o di pubblicità, e nessun servizio di terze parti mette cookie attraverso le nostre pagine. Chi apre il Sito senza scegliere niente non riceve nessun cookie.
Per i cookie tecnici la legge non chiede il consenso (art. 122 del Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali; Linee guida del Garante per la protezione dei dati personali del 10 giugno 2021): per questo il Sito non mostra una striscia che chiede il permesso.

Sono cookie del Sito (di prima parte), viaggiano solo su connessione protetta (HTTPS) e non servono a riconoscerti: dicono soltanto quale paese o quale lingua hai scelto.
4. La memoria della scheda del browser
Mentre la scheda del browser resta aperta, il Sito tiene nella sua memoria (sessionStorage) le tue ultime 5 ricerche, con la chiave yespend-ultime-ricerche, per riproportele quando tocchi il campo di ricerca. Non arrivano mai a noi e si cancellano da sole quando chiudi la scheda.
5. Statistiche e pubblicità
Oggi il Sito non usa strumenti di statistica né di pubblicità. Se in futuro li aggiungeremo, li attiveremo solo con il tuo consenso, chiesto con una striscia in cui «Rifiuta» è facile come «Accetta», e aggiorneremo prima questa pagina con il nome di ogni servizio, i suoi cookie e la loro durata.
6. Quando vai sul sito di un negozio
Toccando «Vai all’offerta» o un coupon lasci il Sito e arrivi sul sito del negozio, a volte passando da una rete di affiliazione o da un partner di confronto prezzi (vedi l’Affiliate disclosure). Quei siti usano i loro cookie, con le loro cookie policy, che ti consigliamo di leggere.
7. Come cancellarli
Puoi cancellare i cookie e la memoria del Sito quando vuoi dalle impostazioni del tuo browser. Il Sito continuerà a funzionare: semplicemente tornerà al paese e alla lingua di partenza, finché non ne sceglierai altri.

1. Who runs the website

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser to remember something from one page to the next or from one visit to the next. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is similar: the data stays on your device.
3. The cookies we use: technical only
The Website uses technical cookies only, and only when you make a choice yourself: they remember it. We do not use profiling, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party service sets cookies through our pages. If you open the Website without choosing anything, you receive no cookies at all.
The law does not require consent for technical cookies (Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code; guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021): this is why the Website does not show a banner asking for permission.

They are first-party cookies of the Website, sent only over a secure connection (HTTPS), and they do not identify you: they only say which country or language you chose.
4. The browser tab’s memory
While the browser tab stays open, the Website keeps your latest 5 searches in its memory (sessionStorage), under the key yespend-ultime-ricerche, to suggest them again when you tap the search box. They never reach us and are deleted automatically when you close the tab.
5. Analytics and advertising
Today the Website uses no analytics or advertising tools. If we add them in the future, we will turn them on only with your consent, asked with a banner where “Reject” is as easy as “Accept”, and we will first update this page with the name of each service, its cookies and their duration.
6. When you go to a store’s website
When you tap “Go to offer” or a coupon, you leave the Website and reach the store’s website, sometimes through an affiliate network or a price-comparison partner (see the Affiliate disclosure). Those websites use their own cookies, under their own cookie policies, which we recommend you read.
7. How to delete them
You can delete the Website’s cookies and storage at any time from your browser settings. The Website will keep working: it will simply go back to the starting country and language until you choose others.
